Your echeveria appears rotted. You will need to pull it out and check it over. But it looks rotted all the way through. Sometimes you can save them but cutting the rot off and allowing the plant to reroot.

MY euphorbia trigona has bent its ribs and the leaves all point in one direction. Does this mean it is not getting enough light and is bending its self to get more?
