You'd be surprised how well they can do in this state! Trim it back as much as you can, get rid of all this old leaves and see what the stem's looking like. If it's not too rotten you might be okay. Did this with a plant we managed to kill and this is it now!

后面两颗看起来没问题，虹之玉是果冻色，很好看。第一盆像是化水了，你捏捏黄色部分的叶子软不软，如果是软的，都要轻轻扯掉，否则整株都会挂掉
