Propogated by cutting the stems and planting. Will not water for the next 2 weeks.

A bunch of my succulents have stems. I read in an article that they arent supposed to have stems. Am i doing something to cause them to have stems? Please help. 😊

stunning.succulents：I bought a light meter for fairly cheap - it's become a very useful tool for determining if my plants have the right amount of light they need - highly recommend & good luck!
meriunkat：Not necessarily having a stem because that is where the leaves are attached to anyway, but the fact that there isn't enough sunlight the plant stretches turning weak and pale loosing it's beautiful colors in search of the sun
meriunkat：It's called etiolation, not enough sun
funfuntoday：They're growing tall because they aren't getting enough light, they're reaching. Try moving then to a sunnier spot

I now added "idk but i like that they are two stems in one" in my "garden"

What is the name of this flower. It has long long stems and tiny red/pink flowers. The stems look like long wild grass .

This guy has been having a tough time in the bathroom too, so has been moved to a spot thats not so humid to allow it to dry out. Second picture is after i removed dying stems and leaves

Have had this hybrid for months now and I'm still no closer to identifying the exact type. even though it came with a label. it provided no answers. just more questions. all i know is it is a pachyveria hybrid. it forms small shrubby stems of rosettes. it blooms bright red small flowers on long stalks. its drought tolerant. good in rock gardens and mixed containers.it has to be watered thoroughly when dry, and protected from frost. it sometimes gets a purple or red hue on the leaves. but mostly dark green. so any help would be appriciated

One leaf has fully unraveled. It's a shame the original stems were chewed by pests.

New flower I received at a plant exchange this June. There was no tag on it when I got home; it must've gotten lost on the way, it was chaos at that exchange. My first one ;))
Interesting plant: I received it in several stems so I planted it en mass figuring I'll know what to do when it grows up. It's now about 18" tall, & the top leaves near the flowers just turned variegated. It's not fragrant, the flowers are white & tiny.
Anyone have any idea what it is?
