Dianna Goade:Those are the easiest plants to grow. Don't worry it will start rooting. I've forgotten to water them and think there dead but give it water and it perks back up.
FieryFlame:normally dry tip means too much watering. are you sure it is sun burnt?

We recently have had a few hot days, and I think my succulent has gotten burned. I moved her to a more shady spot to prevent further burn. Any other tips? Also, do you know the name of this plant? I am unsure.

FieryFlame:reduce the humidity by less watering, high evaporation makes them rot

experimenting with water for growth. Cut off Sun burned portions today and moved plant inside to see how it does. Need to purchase a water spritzer.

how do I take a rosette or two off of my tiger jaws for propagation without hurting it, and is the leaf in the second picture rotting? it's rather soft compared to the rest of the plant

Ueca:I haven't done it myself, but research tells me that the stem is a crucial part to have on the cutting if you want to propagate it.

Can someone help me identify this plant? It had accidently taken root in a combo pot my mother bought at our local greenhouse. I put it in a glass of water and its growing quickly. It reminds me of a succulent in appearance but the fact that it is thriving in water has me questioning if it is a succulent or not and, if so, what kind.

My boyfriend bought me a beautiful succulant arrangement. I have identified all but this one. It resembles an elephant bush l, however the stem is a light green and the leaves have a very delicate fuzz on them. Is this typical of a young EB plant? Or, is this something else??

Amanda Lynn:Thank you so much! Im just starting to really get into gardening and I want to provide the best care to my little greenies that I can, but I need to know the species! lol
我是小花:The plant may be a Crassula rogersii, a polymeth, native to South Africa
