should I pull the bottom leaves off? I'm not sure if I leave them or pull them to make the plant prettier.

I bought this yesterday, I think its been overwatered but I don't know what the spots on the leaves are from.

Does anyone have an idea why my echeveria’s leaves are splitting like this? I originally had to cut the base off of it because the stem was rotting, so i put it in water to root it, but that was several months ago and it has been doing fine. It is still in water right now and has roots.

can anyone help me identify this mystery succulent? it’s super easy to accidentally remove the leaves, hence why i have so many in my propagation tray.
